Can I have Cpanel or Plesk installed on my servers?

No. We do not install any type of control panel on our client’s servers, reason being that control panels utilizes a lot of server resources and they also install a lot of unwanted packages on the server which can cause degradation in overall performance, specially for high traffic websites.

If there is no control panel, how can my developers access the files and database?

Developers can access the files through SFTP and database by any database client like MySQL Workbench. Both SFTP and database access will be provided over VPN.
